Please Review our terms and conditions before booking a service with Move A Million Junk Removal LLC.
1. Estimates All estimates are free and based on the information available at the time of inspection or provided by the customer. Final pricing may change if: The amount of junk is greater than originally quoted. Items are heavier than expected. Additional labor, equipment, or disposal fees are required. Access to the items is more difficult than described. Customers will be informed of any price changes before work continues. 2. Payment Payment is due immediately upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods include: Cash Credit/Debit Cards Cash App Zelle Other approved payment methods Returned payments or unpaid invoices may be subject to collection fees. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled without charge if notice is provided at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a service fee. 4. Customer Responsibilities Customers agree to: Clearly identify all items to be removed. Ensure safe access to the work area. Remove personal belongings from furniture or boxes before pickup. Secure pets and children during service. Obtain permission if the property is rented or managed by another party. Move A Million Junk Removal LLC is not responsible for accidentally removing items that were not clearly identified or separated from junk. 5. Prohibited Items We reserve the right to refuse removal of prohibited materials, including but not limited to: Hazardous chemicals Paints and solvents (unless approved) Gasoline or fuel Explosives Ammunition Firearms Asbestos Medical waste Biohazard materials Illegal substances Pressurized tanks Any materials prohibited by federal, state, or local law 6. Property Damage Our team exercises reasonable care while performing services. Move A Million Junk Removal LLC is not responsible for: Existing property damage. Hidden structural defects. Damage caused by overloaded flooring, unstable stairs, weak decks, or unsafe conditions. Damage resulting from customer instructions that create unsafe conditions. Any concerns must be reported before our crew leaves the property. 7. Heavy Items Additional charges may apply for: Safes Pianos Hot tubs Concrete Dirt Bricks Roofing materials Tires Construction debris Appliances requiring special handling Extremely heavy or oversized items 8. Weather & Safety For the safety of our employees and customers, services may be delayed, cancelled, or rescheduled due to: Severe weather Flooding Lightning Unsafe driving conditions Unsafe property conditions 9. Donations & Recycling Whenever possible, usable items may be donated and recyclable materials will be recycled. Donation acceptance cannot be guaranteed, and the final destination of items is determined at the discretion of Move A Million Junk Removal LLC. 10. Disposal Items removed become the property of Move A Million Junk Removal LLC unless otherwise agreed before removal. We reserve the right to determine the proper method of disposal, recycling, or donation. 11. Photos & Marketing We may take before-and-after photographs of completed jobs for quality assurance, training, or marketing purposes. We will make reasonable efforts not to display personal information such as addresses, license plates, or identifiable faces without permission. 12. Valuables Customers are responsible for removing: Cash Jewelry Firearms Personal documents Family heirlooms Electronics containing personal information Prescription medications Move A Million Junk Removal LLC is not responsible for valuables left inside items designated for removal. 13. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Move A Million Junk Removal LLC's liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the services provided. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. 14. Right to Refuse Service We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if: Working conditions are unsafe. Customers become abusive or threatening. Hazardous materials are discovered. The requested work violates applicable laws or regulations. 15. Governing Law These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
